We (the Deed Restriction Committee and BOD) are asking for input from the community regarding areas of concern as we look at updating our Deed Restrictions. The input received will be looked at and categorized...issues mentioned the most often will be considered first (for example sheds).
There is NO form to fill out In order to do this we are asking the following:
1). Your submission should be brief and limited to 1 or 2 items
 2) Your submission should have your name, address, phone number and be in a sealed envelope addressed to the Deed Restriction Committee. That way we can be sure it is Cypress Village property owners making the suggestion.
3). Submissions will be accepted Sept. 9th - Sept. 13th at the Administrative Office. You may drop it off or mail it in. Mailed submissions must be post marked by September 13, 2019
Nothing will be reviewed until close of business Sept. 13th. We are asking the drop offs be done at this time to reduce the risk of envelopes being lost. However, early Submissions will not be rejected You have a few weeks to formulate and write up your suggestions ... hope this clears up a few things.
Thanks for your participation
